Qualifications:
• 5 years + Experience installing, configuring, performance tuning and troubleshooting IBM Cognos (10.X) and/or other BI tools,  used by multiple groups in a large enterprise
• Experience monitoring servers, services and processes by writing or modifying scripts and alerting upon exception
• Strong enterprise infrastructure background
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet task deadline
• Good communication skills and experience presenting technical designs to large technical communities and gaining consensus
• Strong comprehension of metadata management and BI processes
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must have one other BI tool admin experience such as Business Object, OBIEE, SAS etc.
• Experience in Data Modeling and Data Warehouse is preferred

**Looking for a Java J2EE " ATG Commerce " Developer***

Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps
- Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality
- Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions
- Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
- Performs expert-level engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of computer hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and/or operating systems
- Develop, maintain, and report intranet metrics
- Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
- Manage, administer, and maintain all internet and intranet sites
- Research/analyze data processing functions, methods and procedures
- Monitor program execution for expected performance
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- 8+ years front-end integration experience working with development teams on the deployment of web based applications (JAVA, J2EE)
- 6+ years front-end integration experience working with development teams on the deployment of web based applications (Web Services - XML over HTTP, and WSDL, JAXB, Castor).
- 5+ years experience with AJAX, JSON, JQUERY, DWR desired
- Current SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD certification or equivalent knowledge desired
- 2 plus Yrs Experience with ATG Commerce, Product catalog and BCC.
- Endeca experience is desired

Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge of Software Testing theories and best practices
Demonstrates ability to understand software requirements
Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally
Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum environment
Demonstrates ability to develop test scripts/scenarios from business process models, use cases, requirements and business rules
Demonstrates understanding of RDBMS and ability to create SQL queries as needed to support testing activities
Ability to acquire an understanding of the underlying issues in complex problems or situations by correctly relating these to simpler or better understood concepts, models or previous experience

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

The State seeks a skilled professional with a full understanding of the SDLC and level of testing experience who can work independently and alongside project team members, State agency representatives and all impacted Third Party vendors.   The Agile project methodology will primarily be leveraged which will require significant organizational and leadership skills.  The following duties will apply for this Senior QA Tester position
Collaborate and report to the Test Manager on all testing duties
Work with Test Manager to establish and evolve formal QA processes that adhere to software development best practices and quality standards
Working on an Agile development team to perform manual and automated software testing
Estimating testing durations based on the description and details of a Story
Developing and documenting clear, concise and repeatable test cases from functional requirements
Working with developers and other teammates to analyze test results and troubleshoot problems found
Timely and accurate reporting of defects found during testing using a defect tracking system such as JIRA, Quality Center, or other industry-standard tool
Provide progress/status reports on testing activities to Management
Preparation/review of test reports
Checking daily progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action to resolve exceptions Participation in requirements gathering sessions, defect review meetings, and project gate reviews as necessary
Training and mentoring of additional test resources as they are brought onto the project

.Net Developer with Power Builder Exp

Location : Cleveland, OH.

Duration : 24months

We need to find a strong .Net developer (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server) that has any prior experience/exposure to PB (even 10 years ago).
They MUST have solid Oracle PL/SQL skills.  If they do not they will not work…



We have existing time and attendance (T&A) / work force management system (WFMS) to support.  Front end PowerBuilder.  Back End Oracle.  We don't plan on doing any changes to this system.  Just need break fix support.
We want to write new system to replace the WFMS piece…overtime, vacation scheduling, grievance tracking, etc.  The T&A piece will one day be transitioned to the corporate solution called Work Brain.  The new work force management system will be ASP.Net and Sequel Server.  If the T&A piece is not ready when WFMS is we want to interface the current T&A data from the existing system to the new WFMS system in the interim.
The new WFMS system will also replace existing Access related system in Lafayette.  The WFMS spec is for a common system, not one that is location dependant.
Looking for someone that…
Knows PowerBuilder, Oracle, ASP.Net, Sequel Server
Can help us design the system from a holistic point of view.  Not wanting someone who just wants to be told what to do.
