The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology such as SharePoint development or an SAP specialist. The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program.

 

Short Description:

•             Senior SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Consultant responsible for development and support of an existing SAP BW environment.  Experience with public sector is preferred.

 

Description of Duties:

•             Provides support for enhancements to existing SAP BW DataSources, DSOs, InfoCubes, MultiProviders, InfoObjects, InfoSets & APDs.

•             Create/modify transformations; or convert existing update rules and/or transfer rules to transformations

•             Update/Create SAP BW queries and workbooks using the Query Designer and BEx Analyzer tools

•             Identify, troubleshoot & resolve issues in development/configuration/reporting

•             Provide accurate and detailed work effort and time estimates

•             Develop and document test strategies & results
