POSITION: SFDC Administrator

LOCATION: Portland, ME

DURATION: 18 Months

 

SKILLS:

·         As the owner and expert of the SFDC systems, the SFDC Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of our current and future Salesforce environments.

·         This includes handling data and workflow issues and identifying areas for process improvement. 

·         In addition, the Administrator creates and maintains all reports and dashboards.

·         The Administrator is also responsible for educating and training staff on proper utilization of the systems and maintaining proper documentation. 

·         Strong communication skills is key to the success of this position.

·         3 or MORE years in a Salesforce administration role with configuration experience required. 

·         Experience with the integration of third-party tools (Marketing Automation, Emergency Notifications, CPQ). 

·         Salesforce certification preferred.
