Job Title: FICO Japan Lead

Start Date: 4/15/2016

A group company currently seeks a "FICO Japan Lead" to join our team in "Japan".


Qualifications:

NEED US CITIZENS ONLY FOR FREQUENT TRAVEL TO JAPAN

RESOURCE SHOULD BE MULTI-LINGUAL, ENGLISH AND JAPANESE(MANDATORY)

-

10+ years of overall SAP experience. Multiple international SAP roll-outs leveraging SAP Best Practices. Should be conversant with Discrete and High Tech Manufacturing practices.

The person needs to be multilingual, familiar with Japan/China/APAC requirements.

- Familiarity with SAP Financials & Controlling - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, cost center and profit center hierarchy, reporting, 

- Detailed knowledge of Golden Tax requirement in China and country-specific requirements in APAC.

- Working knowledge of writing functional specs, test scripts (UT & IT) and testing, with hands-on experience of testing techniques.

- Fluent in English, Japanese and Chinese - written and verbal communications. Should be able to create solution briefs and articulate the end-to-end process design to C-levels and Business Users.

- Excellent in interpersonal skills.

- Must be willing to travel internationally and adjust to multi-culture environments.

- Experience with leading a team across different process areas, geographies, work forces and technical expertise.

- Coordination with Project team stakeholders – Business/Data Owners, SAP functional teams, SAP AAP/Basis teams, ETL teams, Legacy data team etc.

- Familiarity with standard SAP BPPs, and experience with modifying them to fit the customer's process.
