JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

Role	Tableau Visualization Developer
Total Experience Required	5 to 7 years
Work Location	Columbus IN
Responsibilities	• Understand data and develop visualizations to meet business needs. • Design data security model and implement. • Interact with business user to understand business needs and requirements.
Mandatory Technical Skills	• Strong on Reporting and data warehousing concepts. • Hands on experience on Tableau Reports Development. • Hands on experience on designing the data transformation flow for reporting. • Hands on experience on Web – Tableau integration. • Hands on experience on implementing complex Data security. • Hands on experience on creating complex statistical and analytical visualization • Hands on experience on creating dashboards and story boards using tableau. • Hands on coding experience in developing BIG SQL application, Sqoop. • Design and development experience as individual player. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills, along with client-facing skills • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
Desirable Technical Skills	• 5+ years of experience on Data warehouse and Reports development. • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented. • Must thrive in fast paced, results driven environment, Experience on Agile methodology. • Security features of tableau applications like SSL, LDAP etc. • Working knowledge of Industry standard application design patterns. • Knowledge of Big Data platforms, • Quality assurance preparing test cases, and able to perform different type of testing.
Mandatory Functional Skills	•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills •  Able to communicate technical and business information •  Excellent interpersonal relation building skills •  Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions •  Must be able to Independently front-face meetings/discussions with prospective customers and make a difference •  Good understanding of Business process and should be able to learn quickly new Business processes. •  Should be able to understand Business requirements, document and able to talk with Business in Business terminology.
