Technical Recruiters Need: SAP BO - Franklin Lakes, NJ - 6 Months+

SAP BO : Business Object, IBM Data Management
 
Skills:
• Analyze reporting requirements and queries provided by customer for each business unit across applications to identify similar reporting needs.
• Analyze source data and map to report requirements
• Based on the reporting needs, determine the source of the data whether it should come from archive database directly or restored to a reporting database.
• Analyze the restoration and reporting requirements, appropriate access mechanism(s) for each application. Options include, but are not limited to: ODBC/JDBC access, direct SQL access and XML based access.
• Validate the report design with customer, as needed.
• Design reports and queries based on requirements.
• Build report logic, using Business Objects Reports and/or SQL queries for archived application data.
• Publish reports and queries to meet ESHC requirements.
 
Desirable Skills:
• Participate in continuous process and program improvement that lead to reduced costs, time-to-market and increased predictability
• Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the project team
• Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the customers.
• Communication with the client as required
• Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager
• Work with the client team to produce advanced metrics and reporting capabilities
• Provide timely project status updates, risks and issues to all stakeholders.
