Job Position:-  SAP Test Manager

Location:- Orlando, FL

Duration:- 6 Month

Exp.:- 9-11 years

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE(IN YRS):

 

SAP Test Manager with strong skills in SAP testing & test life cycle management with about 9-11 years of experience in SAP functional testing of which last 2-3 years should be in leading/managing testing phases. Conversant with defining testing strategy, entry exit criteria, test planning, drive test execution, defect control & management & status reporting. Needs to have basic understanding of SAP modules. Knowledge of any testing tool would be added advantage.

 

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

 

·         SAP Testing Management

·         SAP SD & Project systems (Exposure)

·         General SAP Understanding

·         Ability to lead a large team

·         Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

·         Multi-tasking abilities

·         Ability to lead a large pool of functional team during testing.

·         Strong team management skills

·         Ability to high impact communication

·         Ability to coordinate and work in an onsite-offshore environment. Drive the offshore team for testing effectively.

·         To be the SPOC for all testing phases of all project streams.

·         Chair the defect resolution meeting.

·         Ensure seamless and smooth coordination between various test phases

·         Propose suitable alternate options and facilitating the final decision wrt test planning & test execution.

·         Provides input to the preparation of project plan by prioritizing the work effort to ensure proper prioritization

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Will be responsible for defining testing strategy, testing scope, entry-exit criteria.

·         Will be responsible for leading test planning, test preparation, test execution & defect closure within defined SLAs.

·         Will be responsible for obtaining sign off for closure of a test phase

·         Will be responsible for scope control and risk management and early escalation of any potential future issues to immediate supervisor.

·         Will be responsible for accuracy of testing.
