Role: Data entry Consultant/technical Writer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 3 month.
Technical/Functional Exposure:-
· Minimum two year experience creating and designing technical courses or courses related to IT global sourcing and delivery models and service desk tools
· Proven teaching abilities for optimal material design
Experience Required :-
· Demonstrated success in designing instructional material, job aids and Computer based training courses
· Demonstrated success in the ability to deliver training to large groups of people using different teaching styles/modes
Generic Managerial Skills:-
· Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel, from CXOs to technicians to corporate end users
· Mastered presentation skills
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
· Refined interpersonal skills, including humor, patience, and conflict management, and political savvy
· Proven success in multicultural work environments
· Self-sufficient; results-oriented
· Proven ability to utilize MS Suite tools & Remedy
