Job Description:  We are seeking a strong technical lead with Java background to fill the role of Application/Integration Coordinator. The Application/Integration coordinator will be responsible for understanding a specific applications release timelines and how those timelines align with various environments and releases.  The AIC will work directly with the project team they are assigned to as well as the Release Coordination and Environment Coordination teams to facilitate smooth scheduling and deployments.  The AIC will manage the overall application release timeline as it integrates with the overall company release timelines.  AICs will report to their application teams and take direction and leadership from the Release Coordination team. ***Please note this is leadership/coordinator role rather than a development role. Required Skills:   1. Strong Java Technical Lead 2. Strong problem solving skills 3. Strong J2EE developer 4. Strong organizational skills 5. Strong communication skills Candidates will need to: 1. Understand specific applications release timelines and how    those timelines align with various environments and releases. 2. Work directly with the project team they are assigned to as    well as the Release Coordination and Environment    Coordination teams to facilitate smooth scheduling and    deployments. 3. Manage the overall application release timeline as it    integrates with the overall company release timelines. 4. Track and schedule builds and deployments 5. Know the state of assigned environments and what has been    deployed there 6. Manage application team specific sandbox and development   environments that do not integrate with other environments 7. Work with Deployment engineers and tech leads to establish    an application specific branching strategy that fits with the    larger release cycles Required Technologies - candidates should have experience with: 1. Soap based Web service experience -  Both Creating and  Consuming; 2. JSP, Tag Libraries 3. Database - Oracle, DB2 4. Struts 5. MDB/JMS/MQ 6. JDBC 7. XML 8. XSD 9. EJB 3 10. WSDL 11. Spring 12. Spring JDBC and/or Hibernate Required general tools & skills: 1. Experience working with collaborative/Agile development teams 2. Object Oriented Development 3. Application design 4. Application support 5. Team player - This is an Agile development team, so must be a    strong team player 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Self-starter with good work ethic 8. Ability to complete tasks with little supervision 9. IDE: MyEclipse 10. GIT, Harvest Version Control System experience 11. J-Unit 12. ANT 13. Jboss 5
