Role : SAP BW HANA Consultant
Location : Springdale, AR
Duration : 4 MONTHS.
Description:
Expertise in SAP BW HANA Architecture.
At least 3 end to end BW Implementation.
Experience with Data Sources in multiple functional areas.
Understanding process chains, hierarchies in modeling, DSO design, Info-cube design, BEX reporting.
Collaborate with other SAP Solution Architects on the development of SAP roadmap, including defining and managing adherence to architectural principles, standards, policies and solution governance
Serve as the key application subject matter expert and drive the implementation of BW best practices and standards for the team, defining the application scope and objectives and providing thought leadership, solution architecture, and design for the application solution
Work across architecture domains to identify and resolve issues and manage interdependencies between all integration points
Deliverables:
Develop BW structures and support for ETL processes for inbound and outbound BW data feeding
Perform analysis, configuration and programming in the SAP BW/BI 7.0 (or higher) data environment, including testing and implementation, to facilitate custom reporting and data analytics solutions
Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning and optimization, problem solving, debugging, and unit and integration testing
Gather reporting requirements with the user community, create functional and technical specifications and propose solutions that meet the requirements
Migrate integrations across development, test and production environments
Promote BI within the Business User Community by proposing optimal ways to address business demands (trouble tickets, new requirements, etc.) for BI with a goal of delivering maximum overall value for BI investments
Participate in the build, deployment, testing and remediation of release(s), execute knowledge transfer activities, import transports and provide production support as part of the Release and Deployment Management process
