Duration   : 24-36 Months
Rate       : $62/hr.
Terms   : Corp to Corp

Experience with State Government, Medicaid,  or healthcare industry highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMI) Certification,
• Ability to organize and lead project related meetings with customer, development staff, and sponsor level staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access),
• Proficiency with MS Project & MS Team Foundation Server (TFS),
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions,
• Experience working with test plans and test cases,
• Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop requirements,
• Experience with Project Status Reporting, Quality Management
• Experience with Project Budget Management, Resource/Staffing Management, Change Management, Issue Management,
• Experience with project management methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical manner,
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.),
• Experience with Extensive Knowledge of IT project management; specific experience and knowledge of the following:
• Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle,

Preferred Skills.

• Ability to develop & negotiate win/win solutions to project issues,5,
• Capable of facilitating SCRUM Teams with sprints, stand-ups, impediment resolution, events (Planning, Retrospectives, etc.),5,
• Ability to break down prioritized deliverables (Product backlogs) into individual iterations (Sprint backlogs),5,
• Process knowledge & experience leading Agile software projects,5,
• Experience with system requirements and their constraints/dependencies,5,
• Ability to break down prioritized deliverables into individual iterations,5,
• Proven record of delivering robust, on-time solutions within budget,5,
• Commitment to personal and professional development,5,
• Experience working in Information Technology in State Government,+,
• Experience working in/for the US Federal Government,+,Years of
• experience with a state or federal healthcare agency.,+,Years of
• experience working in Information Technology for a healthcare insurance company or hospital.,+,
• Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry including Medicaid, Child Health Insurance Program, Food Assistance, TANF and Subsidized Child Care
