· 3 years+ as implementation analyst/architects
· 3 years+ in project planning, tracking, oversight, reporting
· 3+ years exp in hardware, operation, monitoring, incident management
· 3 years+ experience in handling infra operation for Applications based on Microsoft Platform including SQL server and IIS web server
· Excellent understanding and knowledge of application hardware architecture, server, disk, usage, DR/HA planning and implementation _ Hands-on exp with monitoring and tools
· Ensure overall supportability of the solution
· Hands-on ability to develop reporting
· Operational experience with high volume transaction based web platform
· Assist with configuration of all environments
· Review and Analyze current statistics/usage patterns
· Perform tasks as assigned related to infrastructure
· Assist in creation of Infrastructure Diagram documents.
· Assist in submitting request for VM's, Load Balancers, etc.
· Prepare Analytics and ensure readiness for current portal and the new one
· Organize and communicate analytic statistics of old site vs. new site on a frequency to be determined later
· Perform manual health checks on the new portal during go live phase
· Assist with preparing and handing off health checks to L1 / L2 group post go live (and after warranty period)
· Excellent Problem Solver
· Excellent communication skills
