Net Applications Developer
Location: Melville NY
Duration 6 months
Rate – Max at $55/hr C2C
Responsibilities:
- .Net Development member of Agile Development team in Melville
- Design, analyze and develop technical specifications to meet business requirements.
- Create technical documentation in support of the development process
- Attend and participate in troubleshooting sessions with support personnel
- Ability to take ownership of the tasks and successfully complete them with least supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Experience in Object-Oriented development in .Net/C#/ASP.Net. Framework 4.0 preferred. Solid understanding of the Object Oriented Programing concepts and their practice in .Net Framework. Should be able to prove clear understanding of programing concepts and the practical application.
- Strong analysis and design experience. Should be able to explain from previous projects worked.
- Strong knowledge of Owin, .Net membership provider and ASP.NET Web API
- Strong architectural background with usage of patterns.
- Experience in Java Script, jQuery, JSON
- Proven work experience on an enterprise-level projects
- Experience with Entity Framework with Oracle is must
- Experience in XML, XSLT
- Strong Communication Skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of the common design patterns and their use.
- Experience in Unit Testing Framework (such as N Unit),Source Control (TFS) is preferred
- Experience in MVC (version 3.0 or higher), and Razor, HTML (4.0 or higher), CSS
- Experience in DI Framework and various Containers
