Job Title: Salesforce.com Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Location: Glendale, CA
Duration: 6 months+
Responsibilities:
The Product Solutions team is looking for a strong product manager to manage the lead generation platform design and process optimization. The responsibilities include:
· Drive sales lead solution implementations in Salesforce.com and other associated applications for marketing campaign and lead management
· Support market lead generation campaign and provide end to end support from campaign set up, lead delivery, lead conversion, to reports and analytics.
· Manage Salesforce.com integration with external marketing systems such as Eloqua
· Analyze and revamp business process for sales lead generation, delivery, and conversion leveraging Salesforce.com platform and other corporate systems
· Support troubleshooting and enchantment for sales lead management platform
· Identify gaps and develop solutions for sales lead management platform and process.
· Lead the effort to gather business requirement from business partner and sales team
· Dive solution design leveraging architecture and technical teams
Candidate Requirements:
· Experience with SalesForce.com or other enterprise CRM systems
· Experience with Eloqua or other marketing platform
· Experience with sales leads management and marketing campaign
· Minimum 3-5 years experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst in an Internet Advertising or similar CRM technology-driven environment.
· Minimum 2 years' experience in Salesforce.com admin, configuration, development and user support
· Deep understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, design, and function
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
· Extensive operations and project management experience with an online company.
· Demonstrated experience in developing business and operational processes.
· Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms. Excellent writing skills a must.
· Strong initiative and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the project life cycle. Very detailed oriented.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations.
· Ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management.
· Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing environment
· Product Management, CRM specialist, PMP and/or related experience
· Proficient with business software and tools related to the discipline (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Graphics and Presentation Software).
