Title:MTO (Market To Order) Lead
Location: Atlanta ,GA
Duration: 12-31-2014 and longer
Rate: $55.00 all in
Proven experience in ALL phases of the project (emphasis on Deployment) implementing the following processes for the MTO –
Should have proven experience in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support experience in SAP CRM Interaction Center including but not limited to business roles, Web UI, navigation bar, transaction launchers, interaction records, service tickets, ERP sales orders, categorization schemas, rule policies, surveys/questionnaires, call list generation and maintenance, alerts, business partners, products, CRM organizational model, partner determination, and organizational data determination.
Proven experience in SFA (Sales Force Automation), Sales Force Strategic Design, Channel and Category Management , Contact Center Management, Field Sales and Merchandising Execution ,Prospecting, Trade Promotion Management and Optimization
Loyalty Management, Channel Strategy and Category Management, Shopper Marketing Insights Collection and Analysis, Trade Promotion Management and Optimization,
Contact Center Management, Field Sales and Merchandising Execution, Prospecting, Key Account Management, Web Channel, Product Launch Processes (Product Lifecycle Management)
Nice to Have - CAS application knowledge in Trade Promotion Management and Optimization and Direct Store Delivery.
Proven 10+ years of SAP deployment/implementation experience
Proven experience in managing large teams of 10 + resources onshore and offshore
Strong experience in 3-4 large full cycle SAP deployment/implementation as a Team Lead
Proven experienced designing or implementing/leading projects in MTO
Strong management and client facing skills/experience
Strong facilitation and problem solving skills
Able to adjust amongst different levels (audiences) in the organization
Should have deep process, industry, and configuration experience
Familiar with CG methodology, Tools and Templates
Familiar with accelerators such as Uperform, Solution Manager, Mercury/HPQC, SharePoint, Clarity, etc.
Take action to mitigate risks and seek resolution for functional and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle Demonstrate the SAP Template solution to support business process – FIT/Gap analysis - workshops;
Facilitate and run system process workshops independently
Perform system configuration in a highly complex country and system landscape
Should have strong consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business. The individual will possess expertise in their area of SAP specialization and leverage this knowledge to design and develop client solutions. The individual will understand how actions taken in one area of their competence impact related areas and will understand, establish and manage the scope and quality of the areas of their responsibility. Strong understanding of how SAP integrates across modules and with other IT systems.
Heavy experience in Retail industry - Consumer Goods (CPG) would be an added advantage.
