Title:Functional Analyst - 2014 Multi-Channel Segmentation
The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities working with Business partners, IT and third party stakeholders. A BA manages multiple programs and/or projects with a high degree of complexity and scope. This position is required to understand, translate, and document complex business requirements to enable design, development, and implementation of IT solutions. The BA II will build relationships and have direct access to senior leaders so they can assist with the evolution of the IT Roadmap and strategy for their areas of expertise.
The Business Analyst will provide expertise in a variety of technologies, applications and systems while supporting the Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Systems, Strategies, and Business Partners.
• 4-5 yrs experience serving as a Business Analyst
• Data Analysis - across multiple systems
• Strong Analysis Skills, Decision Making, Communications (both inbound and outbound)
• Functional Business Knowledge - bus background before IT background
• Requirements Gathering
• Lead Design Meetings related to Business Requirements
• Functional Specifications creation
• Use Cases
• FUT Test Scripts, UAT test Scripts - develop, test, defect resolution
• Business Process Improvement recommendations
• Change Management - recognize a change, solution it, document it
• SDLC project timeline
• Visio
• SQL - simple multi-table extracts
• Excel - Advanced
• SAP Materials Mgmt, SAP Functional Configuration, SAP - CRM Integration, SAP - Idoc/bdoc, interfaces to many other sub-systems are all strongly preferred
• Data Quality, Data Governance Report development, Blueprint Software, SAP – Lsmw Winshuttle, HP Quality Center, SQL server mgmt studio are all preferred
