Location : Northbrook – IL
Duration: 14+ Months
Job Description:
Combined 10+ years experience as a business and systems analyst
Act as the liaison between the business/operational/client users and developers, analysts and architects
Lead and conduct analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, logical design and user training support while managing the project from start to finish
Conduct analysis of business workflows and business models, enforces traceability and makes recommendations for greater efficiency
Conduct business architecture analysis and develops business/system process flows aligned to enterprise architecture vision
Ensures continuous user involvement in the analysis, development, and implementation process of new applications, enhancements, fixes through organization of cross-functional meetings and working with other BAs/SAs and Project Managers to follow project plans
- Exception verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Strong hands-on experience with data mapping and SQL
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in logical data modeling and data querying
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing system UI mock-up to convey conceptual solutions
- 6+ years of hands-on experience contributing, understanding and documenting business and systems analysis artifacts such as process and system flow diagrams, architectural diagrams, data modeling tools
- Ability to work in a very fast paced development organization
- High initiative in working through difficult problems and obstacles
- Ability to work independently and with program teams
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel and meet target timelines
- Flexibility in working off hours and weekends
- Experience in Auto Insurance and Telematics a strong plus
Interview process will be an initial phone interview followed by an in person interview for those who qualify
