We have immediate need for SAP HCM ABAP Consultant

 

Role                 : SAP HCM ABAP Consultant

Location          : Fremont, CA

Duration          : 6+Months

 

This position requires total Customer focus and full accountability for delivery of outcomes. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

 

SKILLS SHOULD INCLUDE:

 

·         Solid ABAP background with 5-7 years of experience

·         Experienced in HR programming and strong understanding of the HCM modules

·         Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning

·         Standard and Custom Infotypes

·         Creation of Custom Objects and Relationships

·         Must be adept in understanding complex functional and technical requirements associated with SAP ABAP

·         The candidate must possess excellent problem solving, decision-making, prioritization and communication skills
