Mandatory Functional Skills    "The technical analyst will provide expertise and help develop and recommend principles and imperatives for the project.  This individual will also participate in the creation of deliverables.
- Adept in creating technical documentation
- Proficient in Subversion, Tuxedo"   
Desirable Functional Skills    Ability to quickly build rapport with clients, associates, and senior management.
