Location: Melville, NY (locals only)
Duration: 6 month


Job Description & Required skills:
INFORMATICA ILM Consultant
The ILM role will require that the individual do development as each new project requires.
Each project will require the creation of either retirement entities or archive jobs.
The individual filling this role will need to know how to create those entities using Informatica PowerCenter Designer
How to create jobs to archive those entities using Informatica ILM
How to validate the archives using Informatica PowerCenter DVO
How to monitor/troubleshoot the jobs using FAS tools or the PowerCenter Workflow.
There is quite a bit of hands on work required and it is anticipated that there will be a continual influx of applications to retire or live applications to apply archive to
over the next two to three years.
SKILLS REQUIRED
2-5 years' experience using Informatica ILM or Application for live archive and retirement projects
Associated experience with Informatica PowerCenter for Entity creation and data validation (using DVO) Archive/Retirement
Project management as demonstrated by a lead role in at least two projects in the last 3 years
Basic SQL skills for query via Data Discovery or FAS Viewer
PL/SQL and Toad
