Role: Sales Operations Process Analyst
Duration- 6 months
Location- Palo Alto, CA
Responsibilities:
· Drive business process definition and new systems implementation
· Definition and documentation of business process requirements working with geos sales leadership and SMEs
· Document "as is" and "to be" processes understanding magnitude of business change
· Influence enablement strategies to drive process adoption
· Build and maintain geo relationships to ensure understanding of requirements and successful project implementation
· Management of geo specific project plans and geo engagement activities working with Global Project Manager
· Identification and escalation of process and project risks
· Leadership of success measurements at the geo level - success metrics definition and implementation
· Partner with process managers and reporting analysts to implement performance reporting and communication
· Participate in project release planning, coordinating geo representation and action tracking
Requirements:
· Minimum of 6-8 years related experience in Sales Operations focused on major project/program implementation
· Capabilities to analyze and drive process engineering efforts
· Knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle, general sales methodologies
· Knowledge of sales collaboration and rules of engagement practices
· Knowledge of support renewals and new software license sales
· Knowledge of IT PDLC methods and milestones from requirements through production release
· Knowledge of and deep experience with ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SFDC.com) systems
· Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Problem solver with excellent attention to detail
· Confident engaging with all levels of management
· Solid communication skills, IT and business orientated
· Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (excel, powerpoint, word)
· Capable skills in documentation of business requirements and user processes
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related disciplines; Master's Degree preferred
