Position: Business Analyst With Insurance/Mortgage Industry EXP
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
Duration: 6 Months

Insurance/Mortgage Industry EXP is MUST

Client is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract beginning in May.  In this role you will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions toeet user needs.  You will assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.  You will also translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.  In addition, you will negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.

Qualified candidates will possess an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.  Successful candidates will have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills as well as the ability to build working relationships.  Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience, preferably in the insurance or mortgage industry.
