Job Description
Experience:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience with Sr Recruitment/Lead, BDM. US recruiting experience is preferred.
On Boarding date: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with Accounts managers.
• Should work in Night Shift (Indian time) to support the US Timings.
• A Minimum of Two years of Recruiting experience desired in Direct Client Recruitment Model in US Staffing
• Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job Boards and networking channels
• Screening and Short-listing candidates per specific job descriptions
• Through internet and e-mail processes, candidate screening and obtaining information on work history, training, education and skills, and
confirming salary/rate expectations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
• Maintaining record of all candidates and their interviews in the Recruitment databaseCreate submissions in Candidate Database/CRM tool with
the qualified candidates which contain detailed information on the candidate matching the requirement including: skills, availability, etc.
• Develop strong working relationship with Resource Managers and provide necessary information regarding changes/update in candidates.
• Format and edit resumes for submittal to end clients/customers
• Can able to post the requirements in Job portals.
Required Knowledge &Abilities:
Proficiency using Internet job boards/portals and MS Office Suite.
