Roles & Responsibilities	Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications for BI solutions Participate in design activities and develop/contribute to the design documents Strong hands-on experience working with SSRS, SSIS and SSAS toolset to create ETLs, Cube, Reports and Dashboards from multiple data sources. Should be able to use PerformancePoint and PowerPivot to create reports and develop Dashboard to be deployed on SharePoint Utilize Analysis Services (SSAS) to design multi-dimensional models, including the construction of Data View, Dimensions, and Cubes while adhering to enforced development methodologies Develop reports through Reporting Services (SSRS) from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases Unit testing for all assigned deliverables Conduct Self review, peer review for newly created code and for changed code Perform unit testing covering all possible scenarios; Collaborate with the Test Engineers to ensure high standards in testing
Core skills	Must have the ability to develop and implement high quality, scalable, repeatable, and extendable solution. Should have experience building business Intelligence solutions (OLAP databases, reports, dashboards, scorecards) using Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and MDX in a data warehousing environment Knowledge of and OLAP/MOLAP technologies and dimensional modeling, including applicability to various reporting problems Experience in building cubes and programming complex SQL queries and stored procedures Ability to perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples). Experience working with SharePoint preferred
