We are looking for a senior Program Manager  to drive the definition and delivery of strategies, initiatives and programs .

 

The successful Program Manager candidate will be able to quickly adapt to a changing environment and interact with a broad customer base with diverse needs and functional responsibilities. The candidate must be capable of exerting strong, influential leadership and have an unyielding ownership and accountability to produce quality results in a challenging atmosphere.   The candidate must be able to navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of Business Intelligence solutions used throughout the organization to drive the business.

 

This is a senior level role for which the ideal candidate would have a combination of program management, strategic business analysis and solution architecture experience within the Business Intelligence domain.  This role will be tasked with driving complex initiatives and strategies as well as programs from conceptualization through delivery.

 

Required skills / experience:

• Exceptional leadership and organizational savvy

• Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience successfully delivering complex enterprise-level initiatives

• Command of the end-to-end project lifecycle

• Ability to develop business cases

• Ability to create and manage project schedules

• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization

• Strong customer service mentality

• Excellent change management skills

 

In addition to the attributes above, the project manager must be skilled in the following areas:

 

Risk management

Issue management

Business savvy

Ability to influence

Excellent teamwork

Delegating tasks and enforce deadlines

Applying sound judgment, intuition and instinct
