Job Title: Liquidity Data Management Consultant
Location: Stamford, CT
Duration: 1+ year (Extendable)
Mode of Hire: C/CTH – GC/Citizen only
Project Purpose:
· Deliver liquidity data management services to support the development of automated liquidity data management and reporting infrastructure ("Liquidity Infrastructure Build") to meet evolving business needs, enhance management analytics and reporting capability and meet future regulatory standards.
· Partner with the Director, Liquidity Data Management to support data gap analysis, definitions, mapping, data acquisition and quality checks.
· Provide system implementation support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· We will be working with Oracle Liquidity Risk software, but QRM is also an acceptable skill set.
· We are seeking several Bas with understanding of loan/lease attributes and how they tie together for Liquidity Risk. Also IT Treasury experience is an acceptable skill.
Services:
· Service Provider shall perform the following Services and provide the following Deliverables as artifacts of delivery with the frequency required by the Customer.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Support Director, Liquidity Data Management in data gap analysis
· Work with Director, Liquidity Data Management to close data gaps or develop alternate approaches to acquire required data
· Partner with IT to lead data gathering effort. Check acquired data to ensure it meets documented liquidity needs
· Ensure acquired data has adequate standards and is reconciled to books and records. Liaise with controllership to support chart of accounts requirements for reconciliation process
· Create product hierarchy and map data to Liquidity solution data model for Selected Products
· Develop, operationalize and document data processes to support system implementation.
Deliverables:
· Understand liquidity data requirements and work with IT and functional SME's to document gaps in subsystems to requirements
· Documented approach/assumptions to close data gaps
· Acquire data to meet liquidity needs and ensure quality and usability of acquired data
· Create and maintain Liquidity Balance sheet mapping to G/L for Selected Products. Ensure controllership and reconciliation around acquired data
· Document new data and systems solutions requirements for functional design and system implementation
· Documentation and process maps around agreed upon processes to be implemented as part of the Liquidity Infrastructure Build. Conduct UAT to ensure data quality.
