WORK SCHEDULE
• Required to work normal hours to successfully perform the job responsibilities
• May need to work nights and weekends to complete work
• Able to travel to multiple out-of-state sites as required

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
• High School diploma or GED
Experience:
• 5+ years working with Cisco IP Telephony/VoIP technology
• 2+ years supporting Cisco Contact Center technology
• 2+ years experience with problem resolution of hardware/software platform problems in complex infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Education
• Post-secondary degree
Certification/License:
• Cisco IPT/VoIP
Skills:
• Knowledge of MCSE or Microsoft OS
