Requirement:

·         Requires minimal direction for understanding and documenting business processes.

·         Requires minimal direction for completing tasks within an established time frame.

·         Proven experience identifying and documenting requirements for configuration changes and enhancements to a third-party software system.

·         Proven experience working with third-party software vendor for application enhancements.

·         Proven experience identifying and documenting requirements for integration between systems.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop Use Cases / User Stories.

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and execute test cases based upon requirements.

·         Demonstrated ability to work well with Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership).

·         Demonstrated ability to work well in a Team environment.
