Role : QA With Mortgage experience Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration : 6 Months - Contract-Hire Rate :$30/hr Interview process : Phone hire only Locals Highly Preferable   Manager is specifically seeking: Experience in testing Mortgage, Finance, or Banking systems and applications : MUST HAVE   •             Very strong Automation Experience-- someone who has written scripts and built a framework from scratch •             Must have mid-level (3+ years) formal QA experience or above •             Capable of doing database queries and data validation in SQL Server. •             Manual and automated test cases •             Require recent HP Quality Center experience (v9.0 or higher) client is using v11  •             Recent HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience (v9.0 or higher) client is using v11    •             Must be capable of querying databases (SQL Server), data validations •             Experience in testing mortgage, finance, banking systems and applications •             Review business requirements and specifications for consistency in quality standards and preparation for testing. •             Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. •             Execute test cases and/or automation scripts for both functional and regression tests. •             Analyze test results; perform SQL queries for data comparison and validation. •             Record and track issues/defects; follow-through with fix resolution and validation. •             Work closely with the business and development groups from conception to completion of multiple simultaneous projects. •             2 or 4 year Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience •             3+ years experience in software quality assurance and test engineering •             2+ years using test automation tools for functional and load testing •             Experience in testing web applications, including SaaS framework, web services, and data integration •             Experience in testing Mortgage, Finance, or Banking systems and applications •             Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills •             Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time •             Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously •             Experience working with geo-located teams (i.e. offshore) •             Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and debugging skills •             Exceptional organizational and time management skills •             A strong professional work ethic and a positive energetic attitude •             Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.) •             Working knowledge of HP Quality Center (QC) and Quick Test Pro (QTP) functional test automation tools •             Capable of doing database queries and data validation in SQL Server. •             Understand MS Visio business logic diagrams (i.e. flow charts, swim lanes, etc.) •             Experience with automated load testing tools (i.e. Load Runner) •             Knowledge of MKS Integrity •             Knowledge of SharePoint •             Working knowledge of MS Excel features (i.e. pivot tables, formulas, etc.)   Thanks and Regards  AHMED Sr IT Recruiter   14175 Sullyfield Circle, Suite # 400,Chantilly, VA 20151, U.S.A Direct: 703-665-0000 Ph: 703 531 8558  Fax: 703-995-0830 Email: ahmedk@usmsystems.com GTalk:syedahmed.recruiter Ranked No.10 in the Washington DC area-Washington Business Journal, 2010; Smart CEO Award Winner By SMART CEO Magazine, Baltimore, U.S.A­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­; Inc5000 Recognized Fastest growing private company in U.S.A Office Locations: Washington D.C| Atlanta | Boston |Hyderabad, India We respect your email and Internet privacy.
