We need nine (9) Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developers with strong Oracle Forms, Application Object Library (AOL) and PL/SQL experience for 6-12 month contract assignments with a major Healthcare client in Carlsbad, CA (near San Diego).
The job requirements are listed below. These roles have been created to support a major Pharmacy Solutions group initiative.
Due to the high number of resources needed and the short timeframe before work needs to begin, client will be conducting an In-Person interview process on May 8 in Carlsbad, CA. Please note that you must be able to interview in-person at your own expense.
Interviews will be held at the Marriott (Residence Inn by Marriott Carlsbad) on May 8 at 9am PST and 1pm PST.
The interview will proceed as follows:
1. Each applicant will be given the Technical Software Development Test (TSDT) which they will have 1 hour to complete. Any applicant that refuses to take the test will be automatically rejected.
2. If the applicant passes the TSDT with a score of 75% or greater they will be given the Cognitive Reasoning Test (CRT). This is a verbal test in which the applicant is explained a problem/technical design. Next, the applicant will be asked a series of questions about the problem/technical design to gauge their overall understanding of the problem domain.
3. If the applicant passes the CRT with a score of 75% or greater they will be given a traditional one on one interview.
4. Anyone who passes steps 1 through 3 will go through a finalist interview before engagement decisions are made.
Although the interview process requires the two tests, please note that the hiring decisions will be made within 1-2 days and if you pass the tests, there is a high likelihood that you will be selected.

• Adept at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion.
• Proven background developing Web services, packages, procedures, and applications/modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs.
• Keen focus on performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, and department management teams.
• Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL and SQL*Plus
* 5+ years of experience with Oracle Forms & Application Object Library (AOL)
* Working knowledge of PL/SQL bulk programming
* Working knowledge of SQL performance tuning
* Working knowledge of Oracle Applications.
* Working knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g database concepts
* Working knowledge of system development life cycle processes
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to interact with business users and business analysts
Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system.
Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
Direct software programming and development of documentation.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.
Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status.
