Job Description	o  Ability to understand the Windows and Linux environments and suggest automation possibilities. o  Adept at atleast two scripting skills to automate a manual task: Shell, Perl, PowerShell, Python. o  Experienced with with API and Webservice Calls for interfacing with Java and .Net based applications for information exchange. o  Good communication skills to interact with client managers and other teams to drive such automation initiatives.   Mandatory Skills: o  Shell, Perl, Python, Powershell scripting, API, Webservices   Qualification : o  4-6 years scripting experience within a diverse and complex Infrastructure landscape consisting of Windows, Linux, Network, Databases, Middleware, Tools, mainframe infrastructure elements o  Excellent presentation and communication skills o  Eye for identifying potential automation areas within infrastructure landscape and taking them to closure o  Sound business and technical acumen o  Enthusiastic advocate for change o  Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively o  Demonstrates strong ability to be effective in negotiation and influential leadership o  Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure o  Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally o  Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills o  Demonstrated experience working on large integrated programs o  Able to shape/change processes o  Results-oriented, diligent and works with a sense of urgency o  Assertive, responsible for his/her own work (self-directed), has a strong affinity for defining deliverables, and willing to commit to deadlines o  Ability to identify and implement required actions quickly in order to accomplish goals, eliminate roadblocks, and create focus
