This position requires analytical skills with a mathematics background. There are several calculations that are required with the Star Rating that CMS gives BCNA and this position will be responsible for managing to that Star Rating and helping business owners understand where they project to be through analytical reporting.
This position will need to understand data flow, excel worksheets, access or some other type data base for structure purposes, research minded and able to report and present data to all line levels of management. This position will need to understand Medicare requirements around the Stars Rating, technical guidance and be able to help business owners understand their calculations into the Star Rating.
Mathematics a must, Analytics a must, Statistics preferred, Medicare knowledge much preferred
