Location : Detroit, MI
Duration: 12+ Months

Description
Evaluates operational large/integrated application system failures (system breaks, incorrect results achieved).
Determines if long range solution is required.
Recommends modifications to applications to resolve issues.
Business Application Manager with responsibility for the impacted application.
Manages budgets.
Gathers information, analyzes, designs, recommends and implement solutions in area of responsibility.
Identifies/utilizes appropriate tools.
Acquires certifications in areas of expertise, when available.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience.
Individuals without a formal degree will need 5-7 years equivalent experience.

IT Operations Experience
Gomez Monitoring
Dynatrace Monitoring
DCRUM Monitoring
SharePoint
ITIL Methodology
Problem solving ability during system down
Able to lead conference calls and document events during problem-solving activities
Knowledge of Mobile and Web framework related to Customer Apps
MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Software Development Life Cycle knowledge
