Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

·        10+ year of core SAP FICO experience along with a strong knowledge in SAP PS-Project Systems 
·        STRONG Functional experience with integration of FICO 
·        Experience with core New GL,AP, AR, CO, Classic GL, taxes, CO-PCA Profit Center, Banking, Accounting, CO-CCA Cost Center Accounting, and CO-PC product costing 
·        Help design/test RICEFW that utilize SAP ABAP, PI, iDoc and integration with other modules. 
·        Hands on experience with 3-5 implementation projects 
·        Has experience in working in 2-3 Support/Maintenance Projects

Good-to-Have

·        ITIL Incident/ Problem/ Change Management Process Knowledge 
·        Flexibility to work in shifts

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Perform SAP configuration in the process area of "Record To Report" – RTR processes. 
·        Perform as "Module expert" and provide to support to business users needs in the areas of  Finance Modules – Cost Center, COPA, etc functions other related SAP Modules 
·        Developing of Functional Specifications to support any gaps within the Finance /RTR business process area. 
·        Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement, SAP solutions to meet business requirements. 
·        Act as the liaison between the Technical team members and the end users to insure requirements / progress are communicated accurately. 
·        Perform configuration/customization related activities to resolve user reported issues in a timely manner. 
·        Create design specifications for all of SAP related activities including: reporting, transactional programming, interfaces, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and User Exits. 
·        Documentation of Solutions, SAP configuration and program modifications according to internal standards. 
·        Research new technologies and functionality for making recommendations. 
·        Build partnerships with internal customers. 
·        Leads system testing effort necessary as part of project deliverables. 
·        Training of Users on new Systems and Processes. 
·        Provides day to day support to End Users – Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported 
·        Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment 
·        Ability to work to tight timelines in a high pressure environment 
·        Actively suggest Continuous Improvements

·        Communicate daily progress

·        Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and complete work with little or no supervision   while keeping management fully informed of plans and progress. May coordinate and oversee activities of project team or less experienced team members.

·        Acts as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.

·        Installs, tests, implements and supports new versions or updates to SAP software or   hardware; requires high levels of coordination with other IT groups, vendors and stakeholders.

·        Provides production support of multi-tiered environment, including 24x7 on-call support as required.

Expectations from the Role /responsibility:

·        Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported, Code fixes. Adhere to ITIL process and follow the security standards. Meet the SLAs and Compliances. Report weekly and monthly SLA and other metrics.

·        Works with the local and global technical teams and business stakeholders
