10+ Years Experience:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
7+ Years Experience:
- Thorough understanding of developing custom coded solutions for SharePoint 2010 and 2013
- Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration throughout the web UI
- Customization of web parts and web part pages; creating sites, creation and advanced settings of document libraries, lists, and views
- Experience with SharePoint Designer
5+ Year Experience:
- Working knowledge of SharePoint migrations / upgrades
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint platforms, including a good understanding of SharePoint 2013
Description
The Information Technology Division is seeking a SharePoint Solutions Developer. The ideal candidate will have deep SharePoint skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and support SharePoint solutions and advanced workflows using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and custom ASP.NET web forms.
- Assist with migration planning and implementation of custom SharePoint solutions from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, user controls, web parts and server-side code, for corporate intranet web sites and client portals deployed to SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2010 environments.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle including deploying solutions with TFS.• Provide dynamic technical support in written, verbal, and work session for SharePoint solutions.
- Proven understanding and implementation of SharePoint best practices when implementing business solutions.
- Extensive experience and ability to provide documentation throughout a SharePoint project lifecycle (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.).• Build Proof-of-Concept prototypes based on mockups and business requirements / recommendations.
- Work with site owners to conduct QA, UAT, and other pre-Production procedures.
- Develop custom applications in support of enterprise projects using SharePoint in a way that leverages the use of Out of the Box SharePoint features and functionality.
- Strong understanding of what can be done using OOB features in SharePoint and what can be done by extending SharePoint passed OOB features.
- Expected knowledge of PowerShell, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript, XML, XSLT.• Produce and maintain documentation for supported solutions including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed design documents.
- Experience with Agile, or Agile-based, development methodologies.
Nice to have:
- K2 BlackPearl SmartForms development / design experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
