Position: PMO Lead with SOA 

Location: Mclean, VA

Duration: Contract/Full time

 

PMO Lead with SOA 

• 12+ years of relevant IT experience with SOA architecture & project management office experience.

• Strategic Project Planning ,Goal Setting, Project Execution and Governance

  Project Prioritization, Portfolio Alignment, Process Improvement and Standards Development

• Gathering of project data and production of information for management review

• Managing and facilitating the portfolio management process

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in the field of SOA architecture & solution.

• Support Enterprise Architecture in the execution of a SOA Strategy & Framework.

• workk with Business and Data Architects to identify SOA services based on business processes, functions, and capabilities.

• Translate business process decomposition models into services with well-defined interfaces

• Develop standards and frameworks which enable the identification and implementation of shared business and technical services within the organization.

• Identify and design SOA services using TIBCO, Java, and other languages.

• Design service interfaces using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Messaging.

• Work with Portfolio and Staff Architects to communicate and enforce adoption of identified services

• Participate in the high level design of business and technical services.

• Lead and/or participate in service design reviews.

• Very strong communication skills including presentation ability.

• Create service design standards and frameworks which enable service design review and certification.
