Location : Harrisburg, PA
Duration : 3-4 Months Contract (High Possibility of Extension)
Payrate: $45/hr on Corp-Corp

Position Description:
Specific Duties:
• Utilize current technology to develop critical GIS application systems and functionality
• Development of integration techniques to link together multiple systems, particularly GIS and custom .Net solutions
• Create application documentation
• Assist in the support and maintenance of existing applications
• Continue the development of applications and tools to effectively collect and share DCNR GIS data assets
Skill Requirements:
1. GIS Application Development on Flex or JavaScript API's – 4 years
2. Microsoft .Net Development – 3 years
3. ESRI ArcGIS Server products for map service development – 2 years
4. ESRI ArcGIS desktop products for GIS data development, processing, and analysis – 1 year
5. ArcGIS Online – 1 year (nice to have)
6. Agile Development Experience (SCRUM) – 1 year (nice to have)
