Job summary:
Cognizant seeks a .NET Lead/Architect with preferred experience in leading digital team in developing product/product in Banking and Mortgage Domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in .NET, MVC, SQL Server, AZURE and WCF.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement large-scale enterprise systems, built on enterprise level applications and services.
Work within a technically strong team to design and build new systems as well as support and enhance current systems.
Good Communication and client facing skills
Experience in dealing with Business clients
Experience in requirement gathering, understanding the business requirement and its consequences
Ability to handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion
Status tracking & Reporting
Develop and maintain architecturally sound, modular, component-driven applications
Create, maintain and organize system & design documentation, test plans, etc.
Implement architectural standards and frameworks, allowing for a flexible and scalable environment.
Provide best practices around application design, modeling, scalability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ Years of overall experience in IT.
· Architect and design solutions using Microsoft Technology stack
• Strong development experience.
• Extensive experience in .NET, Angular/Knockout JS, ASP.NET MVC, WCF and Testing frameworks – Moq, Karma
• Experience in JavaScript and HTML5/CSS
• Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) environment
· Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS is a big Plus.
