Identity & Access Management Support Administrator Job Description
Provide L2/L3 support for security technologies, handle service requests and Security Incidents.
Communication and coordination with product vendor for bug fixes and enhancement requests
Operate and support Access Management protocols, tools, and processes that enable access rights and identities to be established, controlled, authorized, administered, reported, and audited in adherence with the Identity Management Policy, Standards and requirements
Coordinate with Application development teams to create, implement, update, and maintain Application Security into new and existing Applications such that IDs can be provisioned using identity management and access tool
Maintain Security rules and access rights
Research System Security issues Job Qualifications:
Experience in supporting various security technologies.
Incident/Problem/Change management, Metrics and Reporting.
Certified Professionals Skills and Abilities:
Ability to administer, manage and support the following technologies Single Sign : IBM Tivoli Access Manager v 5.1, 6.0, 6.1,IBM Tivoli Access Manager Identity and Access Management : SailPoint Identity IQ 6.4, Oracle Directory Server Edition (LDAP), OKTA Privilege Access Management, Re-verification & Password vault, Avecto ,Dell Quest, eDMZ SuperUser Password Mgmt. PAP 2.2.7, Education & Experience:
Diploma/Bachelors/Masters Degree, 4-8 Yrs " Requested By Anand
