Skills:
1. At least 10 years' experience in Business Analysis and\or data architecture experience.
1. Experience in data mapping of Statistical Data and/or micro data and/or Geo coding data.
2. Prior experience documenting data flows as part of business processes.
3. Prior experience with documenting complex business processes for a new initiative.
4. Knowledge of Standards like Dublin Core, DCA, DDI, SDMX is preferred.
5. Knowledge of Open Data Catalog like CKAN and DKAN is a plus.
6. Must possess clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical personnel, business teams, and management.
7. Knowledge of development and or statistical data is a plus.
