Skills:

·         Prepare Support Provider documentation related to Delegate Administration capabilities, Account Provisioning and De-provisioning, etc

·         Create content to assist Support Providers in navigating new features

·         Revise technical solutions and FAQ for client or support provider consumption

·         Prepare Service Documentation for O365 REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION 

·         The ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely Preferable experience writing about Exchange or O365 E-mail, Cloud-based Services, Identity Management or related .
