**CMS is a must for this role, such as AEM, Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, etc.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a focused and accomplished Senior Business Analyst who has experience with current CMS platforms and site migrations.
- The candidate should have strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills with a good understanding of project and program management.
- They will be part of the Product Team who is responsible for defining requirements, prioritization and ownership of the product backlog.
- They will also become a subject matter expert in AEM and will be demoing all of the work coming out of the development teams.

Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to identify requirements and write user stories.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize with PO.
- Drive Agile adoption, adaptations, maturity, and strategy
- Identify dependencies with other internal services and systems as well as external dependencies
- Support Scrum Teams in grooming and planning by having the ability to speak to the details of requirements and stories.
- Effectively communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Build, demonstrate, and maintain a detailed knowledge of the AEM platform and other associated systems.
- Maintain a thorough familiarity of current business issues, objectives, and strategies and recognize issues and opportunities to optimally apply technology to enhance existing or build new business capabilities; ability to quickly understand the scope of a project and assist the business and technical team identify key success and risk factors
- Work closely with business users and the technology team leads to identify, prioritize, and complete systems projects for the assigned area and help to apply an Agile framework in a logical and reasonable manner
- Demonstrate critical analytical skills and sound judgment in all business decisions
Requirements:
- Experience as an analyst in CMS builds and data migrations.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Agile Framework and Scrum Methodology in an enterprise environment
- Ability to present complex information in a concise, understandable, and compelling manner.
- Solid technical understanding and ability to create relevant documentation.
Not required but desired:
- Experience with AEM
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Management Experience
- Solid UX understanding, user journey and persona development.
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Product Management experience
