Position: Functional Workday Consultant  with US and Canadian Payroll experience

 

Location: Remote/Travel Canada

 

Duration: 6+

 

Rate: DOE + exp

 

We need a Senior Workday Payroll consultant

·  Workday HCM and Payroll Certification is required.

·  Broad-based knowledge of US and/or Canadian Payroll and Human Capital Management.

(US & Canadian payroll expertise, with specific knowledge of functional Canadian Payroll knowledge (i.e. they know Canadian rules and regulations) in addition to Canadian configuration experience for more than 1 implementation.  Also have experience in the majority of the provinces the project is doing business (Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta). Ability to travel to Canada as they will be required to travel there at some point during the project)

·  Experience defining HCM/Payroll business and systems strategy, discovery, design stage, construct stage, implement stage, and operate and review stage

·  Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HCM/Payroll business solutions for clients.

·  Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills required.

·  Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality, with a focus on customer success.
