Job Title: Java Developer with DevOps
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6+ months contract & extendable
Job Responsibilities (Day to day duties):
- Responsible for bringing together multiple technologies to deliver DevOps Solution.
- Good hands on experience with Unix/Linux scripting, sed, awk, Perl, Python scripting, Windows PowerShell scripting
- Jira Administrator Skills
- Good understanding and hands on experience with VB scripting, Java scripting, minimum Java coding experience to write simple utilities
- Good in problem solving and desire to understand and play with newer technologies and software methodologies
- Passion for technology tempered by a level-headed approach to problem solving, and broad experience with build and deployment software
- Good understanding with industry leading DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Selenium, Serena etc..
- Good understanding on cloud technologies with latest trend in the industry
- Good understanding on Ansible, Ansible Tower.
Job/Technical Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in IT
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using version control systems such as Git & Stash
- 5+ Yrs of experience in writing scripting such as Shell, PowerShell, Perl, Python, VB Scripting, Java Scripting.
- 3+ Yrs of experience in Java programming
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using Jenkins, Selenium, Serena, Jira etc.
- 5+ Yrs Experience working on open source projects
Top 5 or Less Requirements (Any resumes lacking these skills will be rejected)
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using version control systems such as Git & Stash
- 5+ Yrs of experience in writing scripting such as Shell, PowerShell, Perl, Python, VB Scripting, Java Scripting.
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using Jenkins, Selenium, Serena, Jira etc.
Desired Skills (Resumes will not be rejected for lacking these skills)

- Document, validate, and manage requirements:
- Finalize the requirements and conduct structured reviews of requirements with business sponsors and IT for requirements sign-off
Years of Experience in general and/or per skill
- 8+ Yrs of experience in General.
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using version control systems such as Git & Stash
- 5+ Yrs of experience in writing scripting such as Shell, PowerShell, Perl, Python, VB Scripting, Java Scripting.
- 5+ Yrs of experience in using Jenkins, Selenium, Serena, Jira etc.
