  Role :Data Integration @ Fort Worth, Texas

Duration of Hiring	6 months any may be extended.
Major Activities	Expert experiences on state-of-the-art integration technologies (Messaging Middleware, EAI, Database replication, REST APIs, etc) Deep knowledge and implementation experiences on integration architectural patterns Strong experiences in leading a geographical diverse team in application implementations, ideally managing vendors as well Experience in application design, including producing technical design documentation Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shell scripts, version control systems; Strong Understanding of the Relational database features, related utilities and tools (Oracle preferred) and non-relational database capabilities and trends (e.g. NoSQL) Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, design and implementation. Database architecture knowledge and administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving and an analytical skills A sound understanding of the key business activities/domain (Clinical, data analytics). An ability to think about business processes outside of the technology context.  Ability to think on a platform level to bring together various components existing to form a solution for large groups of users
Key Performance Indicators	Implementation and delivery of new and/or enhanced business value adding technologies and/or IT solutions Delivery of expected business value, within budget, time and quality Continuous stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
Experience/Professional requirement:	Well rounded with a good mix of technical, business, and interpersonal and teamwork skills    Proficient skills in teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, working in a matrix environment and conflict resolution. Working and Managing in cross-functional and global teams.   Hands on experience in data engineering platforms that encompass GxP concepts is a must.   Level 1     •       A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the Drug Development function. •       Business Analyst and/or Technology/Solution Architecture skills •       Good understanding of one or more relevant business domain(s) / technology(s) •       Great at execution of assigned activities •       Participate in Innovation discussions, support Innovation related PoC's •       5+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. •       Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. •       3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. •       Excellent technical documentation skills •       Knowledge on exadata, big data is plus   Level 2: •       A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in the Drug Development function. •       Strong knowledge in at least one Business Domains and Technology •       Intermediate business analyst and technology skills •       Capable of managing an IT team of >=4 indirect reports •       Agile or hybrid SDLC experience •       Good communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities. Can lead a small project / application team •       Exhibits awareness of larger architectural and business drivers and adapts solutions accordingly while identifying change opportunities in the architectural and business drivers •       Active participant in Innovation network group, bring about innovative ideas, conduct innovation PoC's. Engage in external industry networks- bring in best practices from the industry to drive innovation •       Knowledge on exadata, big data is needed. •       8+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. •       Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. •       3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. •       Excellent technical documentation skills   Level 3: •       A minimum of 10+ years of experience in working in the Pharmaceutical Industry with experience in the Clinical Data Management and Analytics. •       Be the role model and demonstrate leadership •       Strong knowledge in more than one Business Domain and  Technology in Clinical development •       Advanced business analyst and technology skills •       Capable of managing and leading a medium to large sized group of  BTA's  as a Team lead (8+) •       Advanced Agile and hybrid SDLC experience •       Exhibits awareness and advanced thinking around larger architectural and business drivers and leads the charge to bring about changes to the domain/enterprise architecture and solutions accordingly. •       Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and business partnership capabilities •       Organize/run Innovation networks, drive innovations discussions & PoC's, manage associates working on Innovations tasks.  Be a thought leader in a technology/functional domain to drive Innovation. •       Manage Innovation network group / roundtable discussions •       Bring about ideas, thoughts, leadership in innovation space •       Conduct and manage innovation related PoC's •       Scout the industry, technology space for disruptive ideas •       Engage in external industry networks - bring in best practices from the industry to drive innovation •       8+ years of experience in Oracle Database, PL/SQL. •       Experience in Unix/Linux operating systems. •       3+ years of experience in Shell and perl scripting. •       Excellent technical documentation skills •       Working knowledge on exadata, bug data
Education (minimum/desirable):	Bachelor degree in engineering (BE/BTech) or MCA in computer science or related area
Domain Knowledge	Business Domain Knowledge   •       Knowledge in Clinical Data Management and Data Integration technologies •       IT methodologies related to GxP systems •       Regulatory submission process CFR part 11   Technology Domain Knowledge  Must Haves •       Extensive experience with designing and implementing multiple solutions supporting a business area, including: o   Enterprise-architecture activities – support IT investments/applications portfolio supporting an entire business area o   Systems evolution and roadmaps o   Integration of systems supporting the overall business capabilities/strategies of a business areas •       Expert understanding of architectural principles and patterns, best practices in solution design and technical implementation •       Experience in Relational and non-relational Database Very Nice to have •       Experience with platforms implementation (supporting multiple capabilities to be hosted, integrated and inter-communicate) a plus •       Experience in SDLC and associated tools would be advantageous •       Conceptual knowledge on Metadata & CDISC submission standards (STDM) •       Experience with clinical data  warehouse technologies helpful •       Broad technical background, working understanding of, Unix, Linux, ExaData, , Rational Clearcase, subversion, github, scripting/programming languages (Perl, Java, etc.).
