Job Description:

 

·         Test Lead (Business lending)

 

Relevant Experience:

·         This role requires a seasoned Test Coordinator.

·         Background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is key.  

·         Lending experience is greatly desired for this role.

·         The resource must be capable of working with LOB partners to identify, create and execute test cases.

·         End to End testing will also be needed. 

·         Experience with HP ALM is a plus.

 

Technical/Functional Skills: 

·         Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center (ALM)

·         Possesses a solid understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics analysis, methodologies, and documentation standards

·         CSTE or CSQA Certification would be a great benefit

 

Experience Required:

·         Possess at least 7 years Testing/QA experience

·         Possess at least 5 years leading SIT and UAT

·         Possess at least 3 years of banking industry experience

·         Experience testing with outside vendors a plus

Generic Managerial Skills:

·         Status Reporting

·         Plan and conduct functional test planning, status and Exit Gateway meetings

·         Coordinate application teams with other interfacing applications to perform testing and resolve issues

·         Coordinate application teams in the creation, maintenance and execution of test cases and  business scenarios

·         Escalate testing defects, problems, and issues to Project Manager for timely resolution

·         Ensure requirements traceability to test cases and test results

·         Participate in the development of post UAT defect remediation action plans
