The Lead level is viewed as an expert in applications development. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous application development issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Creates complex prototypes. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements complex software applications. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs. Typically requires six to ten years of related experience.
Looking for an Application Engineer with experience in designing, developing and testing applications built on a Microsoft stack for a hybrid cloud environment. Must be highly-skilled at constructing high-performance and highly-scalable applications using the .NET framework with Azure components and be familiar with cloud design patterns. Must be an expert at creating MVC Web and API applications using AngularJS and Kendo UI. Must also be proficient in writing integration and unit tests and be able to diagnose and resolve complex issues. Be familiar with developing to a SOA reference architecture for the Enterprise.
