Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 5 Months

Rate: 80/hr on C2C

Client seeking one Scrum Master/Agile Coach SMAC. The SMAC will help with planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and methodologies and project support under the direction of management. The SMAC will work in a team environment.

Requirement:

• Min 7 + years work experience in agile development life cycle

• Min 4 years work experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing agile development methodology and planning

• Min 3 years work managing daily work load utilizing agile development and planning methodology

• Min 5 years work experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server) or similar tool

• Min 4 years work experience training staff and introducing complex topic to diverse groups

• Min 4 years work experience developing, documenting and implementing iterative development lifecycle standards

• Min 3 years work experience utilizing TFS reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity

• Work experience and knowledge of COM architecture (registering and un-registering DLLs )
