Position: BA with Life Insurance
Duration: 9 Months + Extensions
EAD, GC, USC
Location-CT ( Need Local candidate)
I hope you had a nice weekend. Today I am in search for a Business Analyst with Life Insurance experience for a 9 Month + Project in Hartford, CT. Candidates must be somewhat local to Hartford, CT and able to interview in person. This role may be worked C2C. If you have any candidates who may seem like a good fit, please send me their resume, hourly rate, and location.
Please find a brief description below. The client name may only be shared after speaking with the candidate.
-4-6 years' experience; Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department/unit, and recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process.
-May include gathering business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementation, and providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology.
-May also be called upon to develop project plans and provide project management skills.
-This position will provide the subject matter expertise and direction on moderate to complex assignments within the focus of Production Support including maintenance BWR's, enhancements and project related initiatives.
-The Business System Analyst provides business analysis services to the business and IT partners assisting with the successful design, development and implementation of automated solutions for moderate to complex business needs.
-The Business System Analyst provides advanced level knowledge in all areas of requirement gathering, defining business specifications, system design, project coordination, test planning, test condition/test case development as well as all aspects of test execution.
