Role: Network Voice/VoIP Consultant
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration:- 6+ Months
Job description:-
Key skills required for the job are:
· Contact Center (Mandatory)
* Knowledge of different contact center deployment models - Hosted/on premise/express
* Prior experience in designing contact center solutions/components - able to implement an enhancement feature for a contact center product
* Prior experience in integrating third party ACDs with contact center solution
* Can handle major show stopper field issues independently .
* Familiar with contact center advanced features like predictive dialing, hunt groups, automatic dialing, intelligent call routing etc.
worked on 2 VTPs in the domain. - Should be experienced in estimation, design patterns, design tools and debugging tools
* Familiar with voice portal functionality
*Basic knowledge of at least one CRM solution
* Knowledge on pros/cons of TDM, IP contact centers
* Design/Integration knowledge of contact center with different mediums (Voice, email, chat, collaboration, SMS, etc.)
